I believe that this new version will create better anaerobic effect than using the old hood with a breathing hole and blocking the hole afterwards. She seems to have improved her physical strength a lot since last time, and for each round she can persist longer than before. The second half is of course anaerobic rest. Then six rounds of countdown rest were carried out, with durations increasing gradually from 15 seconds to 1 minute and 50 seconds. Finally, I timed another rest without countdown.
